This price makes BookHotels.com the most expensive hotel domain on record. The previous record holder is ResortHotels.com, which sold for $58,830 in February.
For the germophobic, GermProof.com also sold for £15,111 ($25,000 USD). Some other noteworthy sales include discountlaptops.com for $23,760, officelife.com for $15,000, and filesearch.com for $10,000.
