Hotel-reservation.com sells for $208,000

Domains containing hyphens generally don’t sell for much, but the exception today is hotel-reservation.com, which sold at auction last week for £125,525, or $208,000 USD. Hotels have always been a hot niche.
A number of other big sales have also taken place as of late, including XP.com for $99,000, 34.com for $68,000, and ElectricGuitars.com for $42,700. I wonder if the buyer of XP.com considered what sort of legal issues he could face with Microsoft?
